Claims

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to file any type of claim.

You can contact us at pawprintmerchandise@gmail.com to submit any complaint, suggestion, or claim related to our services. You will receive a response to your request within seven (7) business days.

For personalized products, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

Personalized products may have slight variations in color, weight, texture, materials, size, or design, while still maintaining the intended purpose and original idea shown on our website.

Minor imperfections in finishes (epoxy, gloss) or in customized bases (marks on ceramics, wrinkles in bags, etc.) are not considered defects or valid grounds for a claim, provided they do not affect the proper use of the items and/or damage the design.

It is your responsibility to preserve the products appropriately until they are reviewed by PawPrint if you wish to return them or make a claim.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do not send any products without first contacting customer service.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Once the returned item is verified to be defective or incorrect, we will proceed to refund the amount paid for the product. If the return is due to an error on our part, PawPrint will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you will be responsible for those costs.

Your refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. You may be asked to provide additional information if the payment was made by bank transfer.


Shipping Damage

If your package shows visible damage upon arrival, you must notify the delivery person by noting it on their PDA or delivery receipt, with a detailed description of the damage, including the number of damaged packages and the type of damage. This is essential in order to file a claim with the shipping company.

The deadline to file a claim and inform us is within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise. To validate the claim, the recipient must provide photos showing the condition of the packaging and products, clearly displaying the shipping label. The original products and packaging must be kept until the claim is resolved.
